Resume indexing allows for more in-depth resume searches.

 

Enhanced candidate job searching
Candidates have multiple level search capability for job searches.

 

Complete State Postings
Employers can post throughout an entire state with a single option
Individual county postings are still available as well.

 

Pre Screen Candidates
Employers can now ask a series of pre screening questions in order to prescreen
all candidates responses to any job posting

Post Resumes Anonymously
Candidates can post resumes anonymously

Document Link
Employers can attach a document (job description, application, benefits package, etc)
to any job posting for a candidate to download

 

Enhance Employer Profiles
Employer profiles are now enhanced with additional information

 

Real-Time Resume Agent
Employers can now create resume agents to monitor the resume database
and immediately notify them when an employee posts a resume with
matching criteria

 

Real-Time Search Agent 
The search agent now operates in real-time.  After an employer
posts a job, if it matches your  Search Agent criteria, you will be notified immediately.
This enhancements allows users with registered Search Agents to be one of the first to
respond to new jobs
