Provide Business Support to the Single Family Applications

Enter Remedy tickets for all issues that the resource works on 
Work closely with the Technology team to resolve issues 
The contractor should have experience with Business Objects in order to generate reports 
The contractor should be willing to work over the weekends in order to support production migrations 
He/She should have develop a basic scripts 
Resource should be able to multi-task on multiple requests 
Should be a quick learner and be able to work under pressure 

We are looking for someone who has the following skill set 

- Strong SQL Experience (Oracle and Sybase) 
- Strong Excel experience 
- Strong Communication Skill 
- A good UNIX experience 
- Good presentation Skills 
- Experience in testing applications 
- The candidate should be able to trouble shoot issues and be able to work independently. 
- 5+ years in Business Support or Production Support 
- Would prefer to see candidates with a Mortgage background

<description><![CDATA[Data Analyst II gathers user requirements for database changes, analyzes database requirements, creates specifications for the ETL team to load the data to the database, participates in functional design sessions, creates and executes test scripts for the load of the database, and aids in the escalation/resolution of data issues. The candidate must be familiar with the development lifecycle and must be proficient in querying databases via SQL or other tools. 


Collaborate with team members and end-users from various organizations to capture data quality requirements, metrics requirements and data quality rules. Design and/or conduct data analysis using Informatica IDQ 9 COTS software, to identify data quality issues. Analyze results of the data profiling or data analysis and report on it using MS Excel or some other tool. Report should provide summary and detailed metrics highlighting major issues. Track errors, bugs, and the like in data sources. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 


- Capture data requirements from business partners and document using Fannie Mae's SDLC templates 

- Profile source data to identify data quality issues. Analyze results, summarize and product reports 

- Collaborate with business users to conduct root cause analysis and assist them with data quality remediation 

- May test new versions of the IDQ product and certify it 

- Work independently, with minimal supervision 

Data Analysis, Data Quality checks, Analysis of data quality checks to identify patterns, anomalies, outliers etc. 
Will use Informatica's IDQ 9 tool for data profiling and Excel for data analysis 

Must Have: 
Strong data analysis skills, strong verbal communication, Excel macros, detail oriented 
Preferred Skills: Strong SQL, Relational Data analysis 
Candidates need to have: SQL, Informatica IDQ 9, Excel

Job Description:

•	Sr. RF engineer will lead the delivery activities, beginning with the pre-launch RF optimization activities and the post-launch support/KPI analysis. 
•	He/she will be the primary interface to the customer, negotiating schedules and deliverables, providing status, etc. 
•	He/She will direct the ALU teams (ALU employees, contractors, subcontractors) in performance of the work and be accountable for completing all RF projects on time and to the requirements of the contract.
•	Work with a number of internal ALU organizations to determine processes, tools, etc. to most efficiently and effectively deliver the RF services associated with the program.
•	Provide requirements to development and tools organizations for the RF services needs
•	Work with the customer and the ALU program team to agree upon schedules, statusing reports/meetings, etc. and to set expectations for every project.
•	Work with the ALU RF manager to ensure that appropriate resources are available to execute the projects.
•	Perform necessary RF design work to ensure that the KPIs for the optimization services can be met.
•	Plan and execute tasks to optimize RF clusters in the customer network during the deployment phase.
•	Determine test equipment needed and work with ALU RF Manager to order it from RF Toolkit group.
•	Confirm spectrum clearance, integration testing, power calibration, and call-through tests were carried out, and all entrance criteria are met before start of optimization.
•	Generate script files necessary for RF optimization.
•	Perform sanity check on antenna configuration.
•	Ensure all optimization work meets agreed-upon Key Performance Indicator criteria by launch date scheduled with the customer.
•	Troubleshoot areas with poor RF performance. 
•	Request drive tests, analyze data, and recommend network changes as applicable.
•	Support RNC Rehome design for cluster migrations and coordination with ALU internal team and customer during troubleshooting of migration/rehome-related issues.
•	Support KPI monitoring before and after RNC rehome/migration, identify issues, analyze and troubleshoot and escalate, as needed, for resolution.

Required Skills:

•	The candidate must have at least 10 years experience as a lead engineer on RF Optimization (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, and/or LTE). 
•	A BS in EE or equivalent is required. 
•	He/She must have excellent communication and people skills. 
•	They must be able to work well with both internal ALU engineers and with customers. 
•	They must have excellent problem solving skills. 
•	Flexibility to travel within North America is required for this position.
•	Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge): PM background and/or organizational skills a definite plus.
•	Exposure to ALU NodeB equipment a plus 
•	Exposure to ALU Network elements a plus.
